Notarize in the country of signing
Sign the POA before a notary in the country where you are. Make sure the wording suits the UAE authority that will receive it.
Legalize the document
The POA is then legalized, usually through the foreign ministry of that country and the UAE embassy, before final attestation in the UAE.
Translate into Arabic
If the POA is not bilingual, a legal translation into Arabic is usually required before it can be used.
