Personal POA
Let a trusted person handle every kind of vehicle transaction for you in the UAE, from buying and selling to registration, renewal and export, even after you have left the country.
Personal POA
If someone else is to deal with your vehicle matters in Dubai or any other emirate, you need a vehicle power of attorney. It lets your attorney work with the traffic authorities and other parties to register, buy, sell, import or export a vehicle in your name.
It is most often arranged by people who are leaving the UAE and want someone to sell their car once they have gone. We draft the POA around your vehicle details and the exact steps you want your attorney to take, and the powers listed below are examples rather than a full list.
Transparent pricing

You can appoint any person, whether or not they live in the UAE, as long as they hold valid identification. Choose someone you trust, because they will act legally in your name.
