Personal POA
Appoint a lawyer or another trusted person to file, defend and follow up on your cases before the UAE courts when you cannot attend yourself.
Personal POA
If you cannot go to court in person, a court case power of attorney lets someone else take care of the matter for you in Dubai or any other emirate. Your attorney can act for you in the UAE courts and before government departments, dispute resolution centres and any other authority linked to the case.
A lawyer needs a notarized power of attorney before they can represent you in court. A court case POA sets out which cases they can handle and which actions they may take.
We draft the POA to suit the court, the type of case and the instructions you want to give. The powers below are common examples, and others can be added.
