Personal POA
Let a trusted person sell, buy, lease or manage your UAE real estate, with wording that land departments, banks and developers can work with.
Personal POA
If you own real estate in the UAE, a property power of attorney lets you appoint someone to handle the related transactions for you, from signing sale documents and managing tenants to dealing with banks and land departments.
Where you sign depends on the emirate. For property in Dubai, the POA can be signed before a notary public once the title deed has been issued by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). For Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, you must present the original title deed to the notary public when signing.
Registries usually expect the property to be clearly identified and the powers to be specific, so we draft with those requirements in mind. The powers listed below are examples rather than a full list.
