Business POA
If you plan to buy business assets anywhere in the UAE, including Dubai, and want someone else to act for you, you will need an assets purchase power of attorney. It gives your attorney the authority to sign the purchase agreements and any supporting documents in your name.
It can be used for a single purchase or as part of a larger deal, for you or your company. We describe the assets and the limits of the authority clearly, so the seller and any authorities can rely on the document. The powers below are common examples, and others can be added.
