Pick a person you trust who can attend appointments in Dubai, such as a relative, a friend or a lawyer. Their details are written into the POA.
Sign and legalize the POA
You can sign the POA before a notary in your country and have it legalized, or use remote notarization where available. Documents signed abroad usually need attestation before they are used in the UAE.
Complete the sale
With the POA in place, your representative can sign the sale documents, attend the transfer and receive the proceeds, depending on the powers you grant.
